Position is entry to mid-level sales opportunity and the ideal candidate is a highly motivated, engaging individual with B2B sales experience capable of acquiring new business in the home and office beverage delivery industry.


  • Average first year annual compensation is approximately $50,000+ (base + commission)

  • Prospecting existing and potential new customers, cold calling, and making outbound calls within a defined, designated territory
  • Building and maintaining a sales pipeline with structured and disciplined daily activities
  • Conduct presentations and proposals and deliver new business results to exceed goal
  • Commitment to continuous professional development; accepting of feedback and coaching
  • Relationship building, networking and community involvement
  • Develop strong knowledge of coffee, water, and filtration products and equipment
  • Build strong working relationship and effectively communicate with Route Sales Representatives and Operations team


  • Strong oral, written and communication skills and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient utilizing technologies such as Microsoft office and CRM
  • Physically able to lift equipment and bottles as required
  • Must meet company driver qualification policy requirements
  • Ability to travel in support of company initiatives
  • High School Diploma/GED but College Degree is a plus
